This is a wonderful them to base a party on. With a little bit of preparation you can use the theme of an aeroplane as a way of offering your friends different levels of in flight service….. Let me explain.
Setting the Scene
Organise the venue withThis is another all time favourite theme. You can pick a specific file line Cinderella or snow white or you can make it any Disney characters.
There are a huge range of reproduction fancy dress costumes for just about every Disney character. The girls have a fantastic choice of to choose for, right from Jessica rabbit to Snow White or Cruella Davill to Wicked Witch of the East . The guys have a good choice too from Tarzan to the Lion King, The Tin Man to R2D2. There is an out fit to suit everybody’s taste and personality.
For the girls who what to look sexy the choice is endless. Take any of the leading lady characters and add in high heels holdups or stockings and your done.
Setting the Scene and Music
The night can start with classic Disney film sores. Many like the Lion King are masterpieces in their own right and very easy listening. Cinderella is a classic as you can have the disco themed as the ball that she so desperately wants to go to with prince charming.
Many party suppliers now have scene setters for Disney. Turn your main room in to the planes of Africa of the enchanted castle. Your guests will be talking about your party for years to come!
Lasting Memory
It can be nice to give a memento to your guests when the leave. What about a DVD of the Disney film that they are a character of!

Then you put you bets friends in first class and the ones who are use to getting it all in economy. Lots of fun as you can imagine. You can even charge your economy class guests for their drinks and give you first class passengers them free. Then you continue the theme serving first class with their food on plates with metal knives’ and the economy class on paper plates with plastic knives and forks. You can take this as far as you dare.
The Dress Code
With regards to the dress code, you can cater for both those who want to dress up as pilots in their captain’s costume or first officer and the girls can dress as either the pilots of sexy air hostesses. For the guests that don’t make an effort they can become the passengers.
There are some fabulous costumes to complement this themes. What about adding in some 60 or 70 hippy outfits for some of the passengers. You can also have the gangster and his sexy secretary, or what about Vickers and nuns.
You see because every body flies on a plane you can pick the outrages outfits and make them the passengers.
The Music and Entertainment
What about providing a big screen and projecting a film while your guests eat. That’s what happens when you fly isn’t it? If you have a microphone you can keep your guessed entertained with announcements all through the night! What better way to finish the meal that to disembark every body into the terminal (or disco) to start some real parting.
